What does this mean? Not sure?

You will find the answer to this question and many other similar questions at a NSW Boat Licence Seminar. The organisation believes boaties need to undergo further practical training before heading out to sea.

NSW Boat Licence Seminars are run on a regular basis at various locations throughout the state, but primarily at Kogarah Bay Sailing Club in Blakehurst. Each seminar is runs for about three hours.

The aim of a Boating Licence Seminar is to make people more aware of the dangers associated with boating and to be safe on the water. The organisation delivers an easy, fun and interactive seminar that will be beneficial to all attendees.

Participants can do the minimum compulsory seminar or the practical package by hopping aboard a boat to learn from a practical perspective. A certificate will be issued for presentation to an office of the NSW Maritime Authority for the issuing of the licence. Also on offer is a theory course on Coastal Navigation.

For booking, call (02) 9547 3553 or visit www.boatinglicence.com.au. NSW Boat Licence Seminar is an accredited course provider.
