JV Marine World celebrates a half-century of sales … with a sale

Four-day sale to celebrate 50 years of JV Marine World

JV Marine World, one of Victoria’s longest-established marine dealerships, has announced it will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a four-day pre-season sale at its Braeside showroom.

The business, established by owner John Stav half a century ago after he looked to move out of selling boats from his front yard, has since peaked with more than 140 employees and selling more than 800 boat packages a year.

The 10-acre JV Marine World showroom site at 878 Springvale Road houses Australia’s largest indoor boat showroom.

The sale, from October 26 to 29, will be across JV Marine World’s entire stock of new and used boats, jet skis, outboard engines and boat trailers, including brands such as Quintrex, Yellowfin, Revival, Jeanneau, Flipper, Mercury inflatables and outboard engines, Kawasaki Jet Ski through to Bella, Compass, and Dunbier and Mackay Trailers.

JV Marine World’s showroom also houses its own cafe, ski shop and a dedicated dive shop that it says makes it “a true destination for those who love anything boating and marine”.

JV Marine World is open from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.
