French powerboat brand Jenneau has announced it will add flybridge models to its Merry Fisher range as part of a mid-life makeover of the offshore range that includes three new models.
The first of the new flybridge models will be the Merry Fisher 1095 Fly, which will officially be unveiled at the 2019 Paris Boat Show in December. Jeanneau said the flybridge would also eventually roll out to other models, including the the Merry Fisher 38 model.
Meanwhile, the outboard-engined Merry Fisher 695 and Merry Fisher 695 Marlin models will be updated to what Jeanneau said would become the 695 "Series II".

“One year after the launch of the Merry Fisher 895 Marlin, Jeanneau is offering the adventurous SUV concept with the Merry Fisher 695 Marlin Series II,” it said.
“With her tapered V-shaped hull, excellent performance at sea and clever layout, the Merry Fisher 695 Marlin Series II is the ultimate multi-use boat.

“This SUV of the seas will be the ideal partner for sport fishing outings and for adventure-seeking at sea. Her trailerable dimensions enable you to take her everywhere,” it said.
The Series II update includes the option of an aft sliding door, and a third co-pilot seat.
“On the roof, a paddleboard can be secured, complementary equipment for adventure within a paddle’s reach,” Jeanneau said.
“The generous and modular cockpit allows all activities such as fishing or family meals and opens onto a dedicated area for swimming. Wide swim platforms facilitate sea access.”
The Merry Fisher 695 Marlin Series II retains its recessed side deck that allows easy movement between the cockpit and the bow.

The 7.0-metre Merry Fisher 695 Series II adds more cockpit space, with a new bench seat giving more options as well a sliding forward to allow the outboard engine to fully raise out of the water.
Inside, the saloon features deep windows, while below it is what Jeanneau says is “a novel and very generously sized dedicated storage space for all your cruising equipment”.
The co-pilot’s seatback flips forward to face a dinette, while the helm station is redesigned to allow the space to house up to a 12-inch screen. The galley space can be reconfigured to accommodate an optional gas burner.
The 10-metre, three-cabin Jeanneau Merry Fisher 1095 Fly broadens its cruising appeal with the addition of the flybridge.

“A true living area, the flybridge includes a forward sundeck and a folding copilot bench seat,” Jeanneau said. “The bench seat can be transformed into a sun lounger or an
XXL sundeck, according to preference.”
The flybridge space is also built with “multiple” storage spaces, and can come with an optional bimini if needed.
“With its unique design, the Merry Fisher 1095 Flybridge easily assumes the luxury of a family long-distance cruiser,” Jeanneau said.
The flybridge cruiser will have its global reveal at the 2019 Cannes boat festival in September.
