Italian style down under
Italian motoryacht manufacturer Ferretti has launched its 550 onto the Australian market through Sydney distributor Yachting Unlimited.Ferretti says the 550 luxury flybridge cruiser's twin common-rail 900hp MAN turbodiesel V8 engines power it to a maximum speed of 34kt and a smooth cruising speed of 30kt with a range of 340 nautical miles.
The layout includes three cabins and three bathrooms, pilot bridge with dining area, saloon with plush lounges and entertainment system, and a galley featuring a cooktop, microwave, a 181lt fridge and 39lt freezer.
The master cabin features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite with toilet and shower, while the two guest cabins each have two beds and a separate bathroom. A crew cabin provides separate accommodation.
The Ferretti 550 is available for sea trial by appointment to qualified buyers.
