
Over 180 sailors from 23 nations racing across nine Olympic fleets, three Paralympic fleets and Open Kiteboarding are in Australia aiming to claim the first gold of the series and qualify for the Abu Dhabi World Cup Final.
Sailing World Cup Melbourne is the Oceanic Rio 2016 Olympic Games qualification regatta so there is plenty to play for.
Sailing is scheduled to commence at 12:00 local time daily and conclude on Sunday 13 December.
