After two years on the market, Hanse Yachts has given the 445 a comprehensive facelift.
Externally Hanse says it has redesigned the companionway. Here, the characteristic storage compartments from the new Hanse line have also been taken onboard as well as the companionway itslef, which has been designed to be less steep and easier to negotiate.
The helm position has been re-modelled and can now better accommodate navigation instruments and controls -- something which Hanse says adds to its ethos of 'easy sailing'.
The new 445 will receive a further keel variant as an option -- an L-shaped full keel with a 2.25m draft.
We a re told that the furniture quality, functionality and fit have also reached a new level, and the berths in the aft cabins will be increased by about 30cm by moving the generator -- now offering more generous width. As part of the facelift, the Hanse 445 also received newly-designed heads and a newly-designed inner deck shell.
Hanse says a selection of nearly 1200 combinations of interior layouts, types of wood for furniture and floors, upholstery and much more is available for individual customisation of the Hanse 445. Layouts available are from two to four cabins with two heads.
