The newest member of the Hampton Endurance luxury motor yacht range, the 19.2m 680, is heading Down Under, purpose-built with serious cruising capabilities in mind.
Powered by twin 1136hp CAT diesel engines, the $6.49 million Endurance 680 cruises effortlessly at 10 knots but has a top speed of 21-plus knots – its fluidity in part to the hybrid hull form, which eliminates the forward part of the chine that is then reshaped to embody the best characteristics of high-performance displacement hulls.
Beyond the hull, the E680 has solid FRP laminate from the keel to the main weather deck; several layers of Kevlar (aramid) fabric reinforcing for enhanced puncture and collision resistance; and vinylester resins for superior bonding of the protective Kevlar layers.

It has four staterooms, dual-wing docking stations on the aft deck, ABT Trac at rest stabilisers, a hydraulic bow and stern thruster, dual gensets, a hydraulic swim platform and 240V Australian standard electrical operation.
The E680's interior is brimming with beautifully crafted cherry wood and marble surfaces. A full-beam master stateroom is positioned amidships, with a king-sized bed; the master head is aft; the VIP stateroom with a queen-sized bed is in the bow; and a guest cabin, with convertible twin beds or a queen, is to port.

Safety features include anti-collision bulkheads, multiple escape hatches, fire detection and suppression systems, and twin anchors rigged with 91 metres of all-chain rode running over link-matched hydraulic windlasses.
By securing the E680 during the build phase, customisation options are also open to customers.
