Haines Hunter BMT packages
Manufacturer joins forces with Mercury and Easytow to offer boat, motor and trailer packagesTo help people get out on the water and enjoy themselves, boatbuilder Haines Hunter has teamed up with Mercury Marine and Easytow Trailers to provide high-end BMT (boat, motor, trailer) packages at a discounted price.
The BMT rigs start from a 495 Profish with 75hp FourStroke and trailer for $37,990 and range up to a 625 Offshore with 200hp FourStroke and tandem trailer for $102,990. The rigs are also advertised with weekly payment pricing (from $115.11/wk).
"It can be difficult and time consuming to research and buy your boat, motor and trailer separately – especially if you are new to boating – so we’ve created this partnership to give people an easy solution which they can really trust," said Haines Hunter's Tim Davies.
"The latest engines from Mercury are outstanding and our extensive sea trials have allowed us to establish a perfect match between the Haines Hunter fleet and specific Mercury engines. They look fantastic together and the performance is exceptional," Davies said.
The other integral and often overlooked aspect of any BMT package is the trailer.
"There is no point having an average trailer under an amazing boat like a Haines Hunter. Teaming up with Easytow just made sense. They have custom-designed an amazing range of trailers for the Haines Hunter range and they look and perform remarkably well," Tim said.
Davies said the new BMT packages are put together under strict quality control at Haines Hunter’s manufacturing facility in Melbourne. When the boat is finished, Haines Hunter experts pre-rig the engine, install electronics, gauges and wiring. The boat is then correctly fitted to its trailer and then sent to a Mercury dealer for final fit-up of the engine.
This BMT program was officially launched at the Melbourne Boat Show but already there are numerous dealers participating in the program:
