Guide to Melbourne berths

Overnight in the big smoke for peanuts

The Waterfront City Marina in the heart of Melbourne offers one of the boating bargains in this country. Boaties, in yachts or powerboats, can use the marina's short-term public berths for just $35 for an overnight stay.

Located in the heart of Melbourne's booming Docklands development, the berths put the attractions of the bustling CBD just a short stroll away.

A new boating guide for the Waterfront City Marina has been released for the 2009-2010 summer boating season and it is available for free from boating clubs around the state or from the marina authority.

A pocket-sized guide, it is splash-proof and features way-finding maps and contact details not only for the Waterfront City Marina but all four Docklands marinas.

Check out the official City of Melbourne website for more details.
