Grant Torrens International Marine, the luxury big-boat brokerage based at Sovereign Islands, Gold Coast, is hosting its 13th Annual Grant Torrens International Marine Luxury Lifestyle Show this week from May 23-26.
The Luxury Lifestyle Show, running the same time as Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show just up the river, will present over $100 million worth of the finest motoryachts, aviation, exotic cars, fashion and jewellery.
The new home of Princess Motoryachts in Queensland will also have a strong exhibition of the upmarket UK-designed and -built craft. Some seven Princesses from the V39 to the V72 will be on display.
Specifically, the program includes BMW and Aston Martin demonstrations, sunset motoryacht viewings each day, walk-throughs of the latest Princess V72, a hydration bar, Chopperline helicopter fly-by demonstrations, Princess V39 demos, Ashleigh Elaine live fashion photoshoot, catwalk on water, superyacht crew career info and more.
Calleija Diamonds will showcase more than $2 million in diamonds alone, while Sunshine Aston Martin will be reveal the new Aston Martin Vanquish, the James Bond car, but floating on water -- a first for any boat show.
Proving that luxury isn’t dead, the lifestyle show attracted more than 8000 visitors last year and is set to make an even bigger splash now that Princess Australia has bought Grant Torrens and partnered to strengthen the brand’s national presence.
The night of nights dubbed The Ultimate Event is invitation only, but the rest of the show and daily exhibits are open to the luxury-lapping public. More at www.granttorrensmarine.com.au
