Grand Banks New Zealand opens its doors
New sales and service departments for Kiwi customersGrand Banks Australia recently announced that GB New Zealand will be working alongside GB Australia to better service the Australia and New Zealand markets.
James Purves has been appointed the new Grand Banks New Zealand Sales Manager. James is very familiar with the brand and comes to GB NZ with over eight years of experience as the Southeast Asia dealer.
"James has been instrumental in helping GB improve its presence all over Asia and I am very excited to have his level of knowledge and commitment in our new venture in New Zealand," said Hank Compton, managing director of Grand Banks Australia.
In addition to his experience as a dealer, James is also a Grand Banks owner and currently owns Shared Escape a GB 42 Europa.
James and his family have relocated to Nelson, New Zealand and look forward to setting up the new Grand Banks operation there. There are also plans to establish a base in Auckland.
Mr Compton wholeheartedly welcomed James to his new position and looks forward to working together in this region.
Both Hank and James have worked together for over seven years and share their passion for Grand Banks.
