Boat owners will now be able to control their CZone electronic fuse boxes using Raymarine’s Axiom touchscreens.
CZone is a system that allows boat owners to simply balance the electrical needs of their boats, switching between modes such as docking, entertainment and cruising – and even the boat’s lights – at the press of a virtual button.

However, users have traditionally done this via a separate CZone touchscreen.
Raymarine said it would start supporting CZone via a customised graphical interface that would allow boat-builders and system integrators “to create highly customised graphical CZone control pages that integrate seamlessly with Axiom’s LightHouse 3 dashboard app”.
Jarrod Sager, the marine business leader for CZone’s maker, BEP, said boat owners were expecting the technology on their boats to be as good, if not better, than what they had in their homes.
“Our CZone technology brings this high-level automation from smart homes to smart boats,” Sager said.
“By integrating with Raymarine Axiom, we’re able to offer our complete solution to an even broader array of high-end boat and yacht builders around the world.”
