Fuel benefits flow
FloScan says rising fuel prices have led to a greater demand for its Fuel Monitoring SystemsAccording to the company's Australian agent, Phil Stanton, this demand can be attributed to the installation, in many cases, paying for itself in fuel savings in less than a year.
FloScan presents the skipper with a range of instruments for petrol and diesel engines ranging from 25 to 4000hp. The basic Cruisemaster 65000 Series instrument is said to give accurate fuel consumption and totaliser information while the digital 95000 GPS Interface instrument provides engine hours, digital tacho, litres per hour, litres per nautical mile, and totaliser.
