Both versions of the directory include A to Z listings of marine trades and services by category, plus listings of yacht clubs, marinas, emergency contacts and even dockside restaurants and cafes.
Researched and compiled by local boater, John Zammit, the online Shipmate includes loads of useful links for boaters including weather, tides and live webcams around the bay.
The website builds on the runaway success of Shipmate Pocket Directory, the boaters' pocket guide to marine trades and servicees on Port Phillip and Westernport Bays, first published in 2004.
The new 2008 edition is easily identified by its distinctive yellow cover and includes 112 pages in full colour.
All listings in Shipmate are free and the booklet is available free to boaters as a service to the Victorial boating community.
