Watersnake has released its Shadow MkII Bow Mount foot-controlled electric motors. The four new models have the same DNA as the top-selling predecessors in the Shadow range, but with new design features.
The most noticeable new feature is the small and sleek head design that also incorporates a digital voltage meter, so you can monitor your battery’s condition throughout the day.
The other big change is the new variable-speed wired foot control unit, which has a water-resistant design and precision functions for responsive control over the direction and speed of your boat. It comes with a five-metre cable for flexible locating options.
Other features include a composite shaft that is unbreakable under normal conditions, a corrosion-resistant bracket, a weedless propeller design, plus a stainless steel prop shaft and large cradle for ultimate safety in transit.
The four models include a 44lb and 54lb thrust each fitted with a 48-inch shaft; and a 54lb and 65lb thrust matched with a 54-inch shaft.
All have a large turning box for more infinite control in steering, fully encapsulated circuit boards, sacrificial zinc anodes and anti-corrosive treatments; ready for the harsh saltwater environments you fish.
