Formula 16S

Formula Power Boats Australia (FPBA) said its Formula 16S boasts a pedigree like none other

Bred back in the early offshore powerboat days on 'Thunderboat Row' Miami, this boat inspired a worldwide fan base that has spanned generations, said the boatbuilder.

FPBA said it has been busy retooling and perfecting the original moulds, retaining all the classic features of this beauty, while adding some modern touches and new high-performance engine technology.

The release of the Formula 16S will be assured to continue its great heritage, said FPBA, with a unique combination of modern power options and very classic hull design offering an adrenalin-filled, 100kmh-plus high-speed ride like nothing else.

FPBA said that experiencing the exhilaration of breathtaking speed, while travelling in over a metre of choppy water, will leave you with a smile on your face that others will question for a long time after.

The Formula 16S can seat five people, has the most gorgeous long droopy-nosed look, with a water-piercing 24º deadrise hull and is now built to exacting standards, so you can be assured of years of enjoyment and fun, said FPBA.
