First Sealine S450 in Australia

UPDATE MAY 8/2013: Sealine entered administration in May 2013, 5 Star Motor Cruisers no longer represents the brand in Australia, and the S450 below will not be exhibited at the 2013 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.

The [former] importer of Sealine International in Australia, 5 Star Motor Cruisers, was set to debut the new Sealine S450 sport cruiser in QLD in May. The new Sealine S450 won the award for the Best Imported Motor Yacht in the 40 to 50ft category at the recent Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. The importer says that functional design is the hallmark of Sealine, setting new standards of excellence, unconventional and versatile in design.

Included among the many advanced and practical features of the S450 is the ability to change and extend the cockpit to suit your daily needs. At the touch of a button, the seat slides back, opening up a vast area of deck space for entertaining. The cockpit layout takes full advantage of the great space with a wide 4.5-metre beam and substantial seating and entertaining areas.

The Sealine S450 is extremely well-fitted with a focus on maximum comfort for the owners and guests, we're told. It’s designed as the perfect boat for day cruising, overnight excursions and ideal for champagne sunsets with friends. There are four wide forward-facing seats at the helm, a fully integrated dashboard, plus a wet bar and BBQ behind the seats. To the rear the flexible seating and dining arrangement offers comfortable dining for a party of eight.

Down below is an area of warmth enhanced by the beautiful wood paneling. Forward of the saloon is the shower to port and the toilet and washbasin to starboard. The shower is spacious and both can be accessed directly from the master cabin. The aft cabin has three individual beds that can be joined or separated to create the required sleeping arrangements and an ensuite bathroom. Engine options include Volvo sterndrives or IPS pod drives.

Sealine International was a premium English brand with over 40 years of history manufacturing models ranging from 37ft to 60ft. The company was put in administration in May 2013 and its fate was unknown in mid-May 2013.
