Ferretti 570 wins Chinese Yachting Industry Award
Anointed Best Motor Yacht, below 60 feet, at recent 2012 Xiamen International Boat ShowFerretti Yachts, the made-in-Italy luxury motor yachts now owned by China's biggest bulldozer maker (Shandong Heavy Industry Group), received a Chinese Yachting Industry Award during the opening ceremony of the recent 5th Xiamen International Boat Show.
The Chinese Yachting Industry Award was awarded to the Ferretti 570 for Best Motor Yacht in the category below 60 feet in length.
Speedo Marine -- the local dealer with whom the Ferretti Group displayed Ferretti's Altura 840 during the Xiamen Show -- won the best dealer on the evolving Chinese market.
The Chinese Yachting Industry Award is considered one of the most prestigious awards in the boating sector, says Ferretti, as the yachts are assessed by a highly qualified jury that identifies attributes that will appeal to the unique Chinese market.
Indeed, the Ferretti 570 is a unique craft in its category, conceived to meet the needs of owners of all ages by ensuring outstanding liveability thanks to large volumes, top-quality materials, total comfort and extraordinary performances, Ferretti adds.
Described as a perfect balance, the 570 was skilfully built and conceived as a result of the long-standing cooperation between Studio Zuccon International Project, AYT Advanced Yacht Technology (Ferretti Group’s research and naval design centre), and the team of architects and designers of the Centro Stile Ferrettigroup.
The Ferretti 570 features the traditional elements for which the boatyard is know, including an innovative layout and great attention to detail, with contemporary décor solutions and new, exclusive glazing to further increase interior brightness.
The hull’s outer lines are slender and sporty thanks to the sky lounge without targa bar but the presence of an aft spoiler, while the new glazing results in a light, refined interior style with unequalled elegance, boasts Ferretti. More from local importer www.jwmarine.com.au.
