Facelifts for tired boats

Give your old fishing partner a make-over

Is your fibreglass fishing boat looking a little worse for wear? Is the floor a bit spongy or the windscreen wobbly?

Streaker Boats in Melbourne has gone into the facelift business and is offering complete make-overs for aging fibreglass boats at its newly established repair and detailing division.

It will even give the works to fibreglass boats made by other manufacturers.

"Replacing the trusty family boat with a new model is not always within the budget of everyone," says Streaker Boats' Leon Savage. "Having your boat refurbished and brought back to an 'as new' condition may be the next best thing."

Works can be as simple as replacing the carpet or canopy or as major as adding fibreglass seat boxes, live bait tanks or fresh upholstery.

For more details check out Streaker's website.
