Evolution launches two new boats

Rugged models aimed at off-shore fishermen

Evolution Boats has added two new boats, the 600 and 650, to its popular Strikezone range of rugged off-shore fishing boats.

The first Strikezone 600 was specifically designed for local game fishing personality Al McGlashan as his personal game fishing boat and the Strikezone 650 is a larger version with a walk-around bimini or hard-top. The 650 is available only on special order.

The standard features of both boats include huge cockpits, large under-floor kill tanks, recessed tackle storage and custom styling across the helm station and the forward cabin.

Both boats  feature Evolution's well-proven high-performance hulls, that provide a comfortable and dry ride off-shore.

Evolution Boats director Paul Junginger says the Strikezone boats are designed for hard-core anglers.

"The range really lives up to our theme of building hardcore fishing boats for hardcore anglers, the 600 and the 650 are great additions to our already strong fishing boat range," Junginger says.

The boats come in a range of seven colours and are powered by Honda outboards.
