Eagle says its new FishMark 640c offers the highest colour resolution and highest fishfinding performance for the lowest possible priceWith a recommended retail price of $1299, the unit is said to boast features usually found only on high-end sounders, including a sunlight-viewable display.
A 12.5cm (diagonal), 256-colour, enhanced TFT sunlight-readable display allows wide-angle viewing, while the 640x480 pixel resolution, instant screen updates and Eagle’s Colorline function allow for excellent target detail and separation.
The 1500W peak-to-peak (100W RMS) power output is said to give positive depthsounding and fishfishing down to 245m, and a compact 200kHz high-speed Skimmer transducer (with built-in temperature sensor) allows superior readability even when underway, according to the manufacturer.
Advanced Signal Processing – a noise rejection system that constantly evaluates the affects of boat speed, water conditions and interference, and adjusts the screen to suit – is standard, as are other a number of other features.
