With more than two decades of boatbuilding experience and many years’ representation here, respected Taiwanese motoryacht marque Dyna Craft has a new Australian importer in the well-established, customer-focussed Queensland Marine Centre (QMC).
QMC is already Australia biggest Sea Ray dealer, with distribution rights in Queensland, and the national importer of Boston Whaler boats. So the Dyna Craft distributorship is something of a departure from these two (American-owned) Brunswick Marine brands.
QMC Dealer Principal Andrew Bennett clearly identified a niche for a comparatively affordable Asian-made motoryacht in the market and the Dyna Craft has the runs on the board.
The boatbuilder currently offers seven models: a 51, 52, 55, 61 (first pic), 65, 70 and 77 in Euro-style open bridge motoryacht styles (but for the 52 with an enclosed flying bridge).
The 61 (pictured) and 65 -- the latter arriving here this year -- flaunt a modern Italianate look, with lots of stateroom hull glazing, while the flagship 70 and 77 (last pic) Leguna models are true cruising motoryachts where the factory and QMC will offer prospective owners plenty of scope for customisation.
