In the mind-boggling world of thermal diffusion, the Dufour effect is a difficult concept to comprehend. But out on Sydney Harbour, David Lockwood has no problem explaining the effect of the sizzling new Dufour 34In mock contrast to the racing yachts zipping this way and that, we sailed nonchalantly along Sydney Harbour and sallied stress-free several miles out to sea.
