In 2018, a year after its launch, the Quintrex Freestyler sports boat was crowned Australia’s favourite bowrider.
It’s plain to see why, with the Freestyler’s plate alloy build featuring Qunitrex’s beamy Apex hull design and its pickle fork bow offering a great space to relax one day, and a wide and stable fishing platform the next.

The Quintrex 590 Freestyler is the second-largest model in the pickle fork bowrider’s line-up, and comes well-equipped out of the factory including two-tone paint, two transom-mounted transducer brackets, a painted hull, bow cushion seats, audio system speakers, a convertible casting platform, cockpit lights, scuppers, mechanical steering and good underfloor storage.

This one available via Melbourne-based Streaker Marine includes some choice options such as a bimini, wings on the windscreen, a stainless steel ski pole, sealed timber floors, a Lowrance Elite 7 Ti2 multifunction touchscreen chartplotter/sounder, and a saltwater safety gear kit including inflatable lifejackets.
Powering it all is a lean and powerful fuel-injected Yamaha F150 Four Stroke outboard engine equipped with Yamaha’s Command Link digital gauge system, and linked up to Sea Star hydraulic steering.

That engine and steering combination also will make this 590 an ideal candidate to retrofit Yamaha’s Helm Master EX joystick control system for single engines.
The boat even comes sitting on a factory-built braked T-alloy dual-axle trailer with a spare wheel and a boat catch-and-release system.
Normally you’d expect this boat to come with a price tag of $85,800, but Melbourne’s Streaker Marine has this one sitting in its yard priced from just $83,990, hook up and drive away with 12 months’ Victorian registration.
