d’Albora has signed a contract to acquire Gold Coast City Marina (GCCM), further strengthening its national portfolio.
Subject to the sale being completed, d’Albora will own 17 marina and boatyard destinations with the capacity to berth a wide range of both recreational and commercials vessels – as well as maintenance and refit services at 11 of those facilities across the eastern seaboard.
Located on the Gold Coast on the Coomera River, GCCM is one of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest and most comprehensive refit, repair and maintenance facilities servicing a mix of recreational vessels, commercial operators and superyachts.
“Gold Coast City Marina is an iconic Australian marine facility and service precinct with an outstanding industry reputation for quality, innovation and service,” said Julien Pouteau, Managing Director of d’Albora.
“This acquisition aligns with our long-term vision to build Australia’s most connected and capable network of marina destinations and boatyards, while continuing to support the highly skilled marine trades that operate within these precincts.”

“We recognise the incredible legacy and reputation that has been built at Gold Coast City Marina,” Pouteau added. “Our focus is on supporting their existing customers, marine trades, tenants and workforce while ensuring the facility continues to grow in its next phase of operational life as a premier marine refit and service destination under the d’Albora brand.”
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. The deal remains subject to customary conditions.
