Club Marine Gourmet Delights presents 180 pages of the best of Club Marine's resident chef Bart Beek’s recipes from past editions of Club Marine Magazine’s ‘Gourmet’ section, along with previously unpublished material and captured in rich colour by specialist photographer, Justin Field.
Club Marine Gourmet Delights is filled with a great selection of recipes, including creative ideas for the breakfast table, vegetarian dishes that will surprise with their versatility, meat, poultry and seafood dishes showcasing the bounty from field, farm and ocean, plus tempting cakes, biscuits and desserts.
It is also peppered with handy hints and essential recipes that will spice up every home-and-boat-cook’s repertoire, plus there’s loads of useful information including advice on filleting fish, the ‘laws of barbecuing’, and insights into how grow your own produce and fresh herbs.
