The all new Chaparral 327 SSX has put a new perspective on the leisure boat market and its new release is claimed to be the most exciting and innovative from the manufacturer in years.
Part performance boat, part family bowrider and part overnight cruiser, the revolutionary new 327 SSX is the first bowrider in its class to offer a full-beam cabin with overnight accommodation for two, a stand-up head complete with shower, an optional 26in flat-screen TV, and passenger capacity of 20-plus.
Chaparral also chart new waters in design innovation with a Liquid Silver color scheme, power-slide aft lounge and the first cabin bowrider that allows four people to sit facing forward at the helm. Twin engine options from Mercruiser or Volvo range from 600hp to 860hp and are also available with joystick control.
The 327 is by far the biggest bowrider Chaparral has ever christened, but the size and performance is only part of the package. A distinct "Power Line" indentation in the hull side recalls the classic flair of the muscle cars of the 60s and 70s, offering a unique look that the company describes as “retro sexy.”
“This all-new model is distinguished by its sculpted powerful contours, which, combined with handcrafted components and modern technology create a new class of sports boat,” says Chaparral President, Jim Lane. "Chaparral has always emphasised product innovation and we rate the 327 as one of our most exciting and most anticipated new boats in our 45 year history,” Lane added.
The 327 SSX is the perfect day boat that turns into a great weekender. With massive storage, a large cockpit wetbar, multiple ice boxes or optional cockpit fridge, high-power custom stereo system, fold-down sun lounge, bow and cockpit tables and so much more.
You can entertain all of your friends, tow your favorite water toys, take a long comfortable trip, even in big water and at the end of the day stay aboard, watch a movie and wake up for a late breakfast to do it all over again!
