Sirocco Marine South has announced a world exclusive for the 2019 Sydney International Boat Show – the global reveal of the Brig Eagle 670.
The new 6.0-metre Brig Eagle 670 rigid inflatable will join what Scirocco claims will be one of the largest displays by any exhibitor at the show at around 30 boats. The Brig Eagle 670, tentatively priced from less than $100,000, replaces the Eagle 650, one of the brand’s biggest-selling models.

“Australia is a mature RIB market and an important market for Brig,” Neil Webster, the Australian distributor for the Ukrainian-built brand, said.
“August is a great time of year for Brig to launch the Eagle 670, ahead of the European boat shows and our spring, in a great testing ground for the brand.
“We are confident boaties will be attracted to the new generation Eagle 670, which is a fantastic day boat, tender and sports boat. It has an extra 20cm of usable space, all behind the helm,” Webster said.
Powering the Brig Eagle 670 is a single 225hp Honda four-stroke outboard engine, which is enough to push the RIB along at speeds of up to 55 knots.
The ocean-capable Brig Eagle 670 can carry up to 14 people, with a folding bimini and the option of a T-top offering protection from the elements.
Scirocco says the boat boasts “massive” storage space and a dining table that can seat up to nine people, Fusion audio system, and a shower.
The Brig Eagle 670 comes in either white, black or grey – or optionally in a range of custom colours – and can fit on a trailer.
The Sydney International Boat Show runs from Thursday, August 1 to Sunday, August 5 at the ICC Sydney and the nearby on-water display at Cockle Bay, Darling Harbour.
Tickets – available online – are $22 for adults, $20 for senior concession holders, $16 for pensioners and $13 for children aged six to 17 years.
