Boutique Boats launches its new luxury line-up

While the luxury yachting spotlight often focuses on the Côte d'Azur, Caribbean or some other far-flung Northern Hemisphere cruising ground, there’s a lot of boating class to be found floating in our major cities and world-class waterways these days. Take Boutique Boats, the local importer of Princess Yachts and Nuova Jolly inflatables, and its new luxury line-up that's just arrived in time for summer.

The prestige-boat dealership with waterfront offices in Fremantle, the Gold Coast and Sydney has secured two of the first new Princess V58 and S65 models to be launched in the world. These stunning boats are now docked at Rose Bay on Sydney Harbour as the local leisure boating scene gets into gear and the corks start popping.

Boutique Boats is also ramping things up in the big RIB market with a shipment of Italian-made luxury Nuova Jolly boats ready to serve tender duties or stand-alone day-boating sorties. With more than 50-years in RIBS, the Nuova Jolly brand has built a loyal following and a 5000sq m factory on the outskirts of Milan in Italy.

Meantime, the V58 and S65 are exemplary new-generation Princess motoryachts that team fresh thinking, pure performance and absolute luxury with some very stylish Euro lines and designer finishes. Far from the Med', these new Princess are right at home cruising our big-city waterways.

In keeping with the British brand’s reputation, both boats offer a unique helming experience, high-speed cruising in absolute comfort, while taking entertaining to another level on those top-down weekends and balmy nights. The boats are a particularly good fit with the big-city way of pleasure boating, luxury cruising, executive and upmarket entertaining.

Yet unlike some boats built for the Med', the Princess team high volume with absolute performance pedigree thanks to their aggressive hulls from the pen of Bernard Olesinski. Those in the know will appreciate this design heritage and the fact the Princess carve a smooth path through rough water without banging. The fine entry, reverse chines and deadrise create a special ride.

With summer knocking on the door, the new Princess V58 and S65 are now looking for permanent local homes. But while you might grab a skipper for Christmas drinks, these 50-60 footers remain easy owner/driver boats, with variable speed bow and stern thrusters and fully electronic Volvo Penta and CAT common-rail engines for complete control.

Boutique Boats has secured these in-demand Princess models and new luxury inflatable Nuova Jolly boats at a time when the exchange rate was most favourable and their pricing is said to be keen.

As avid local boaters, the local importers have also ensured the options, upgrades and fit-outs are designed around the way Australians use their boats, with fully-equipped entertaining areas, loaded amenities centres, big AV and air-con systems, and five-star accommodation that makes a hotel in the South of France look positively pokey.
