US premium saltwater brand Boston Whaler has revealed the Dauntless 220 and Dauntless 250, two new bay boat models made to be as comfortable bay fishing as they are cruising offshore.
According to Boston Whaler, the new Dauntless boats feature more spacious layouts with plenty of seating, and “smart amenities” for fishing, watersports and cruising.
“From the inviting bow lounge to the sleek redesigned hull, these new center console models are more than just confident – they’re Dauntless,” it said.

Images show a 250hp Mercury outboard engine powering the Boston Whaler 220 Dauntless, while the Boston Whaler 250 Dauntless wears what looks like a 300hp version.
Both designs have a spacious dual-width centre console under a hard T-top with the wheel set to port. Wide, deep dashboards offer plenty of space to mount dual multifunction screens side by side.
The bow of both models converts into a daybed, and the rear of the leaning post-style helm seat becomes a large storage area for gear and tackle.
