Australia among the best at FLIBS

Wide range of Aussie marine products on display at this weekend's 'world's biggest boat show'

Australia’s leading superyacht organisation, Superyacht Australia will be showcasing the best of Australia at the 2014 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and promoting Australia as a cruising destination for the global superyacht fleet. 

Superyacht Australia is lobbying the Australian government to open the doors wider to ensure a warm welcome for the lucrative Superyacht sector.

The Gold Coast City Council is the proud sister city of Fort Lauderdale and has sent Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard to showcase itself as a major destination for the superyacht cruising fraternity.

<< Austral Propellers which manufactures propellers for all types of inboard installations ranging from high-performance ski boats, through to sailing yachts, leisure craft, sports cruisers, motor yachts, commercial fishing vessels and workboats that also provide associated propeller repair services.

<< Aurora Global Logistics which specialises in worldwide boat transportation to and from Australia.

<< Aqualuma who are the world’s leading marine underwater LED light manufacturer, and now have a base in the USA.

<< Maritimo with its best-selling 50 and 58 footers with full-beam staterooms, walkaround decks, enclosed flybridges and aft galley stations, plus thier signature long-range cruising legs.

<< Muir Winches which specialises in the manufacturing of windlasses and anchoring systems for vessels from 5m to 150m.

<< Pyrotek Noise Control, a company which specialises in the development, manufacture and supply of noise and vibration control, structural fire protection and thermal insulation materials to help you meet noise and fire protection standards for the marine industry.

<< Riviera, Australia’s largest and most awarded luxury boat builder and exporter of Flybridge Convertibles, Offshore Express and Sport Yachts, has a 6000 Sport Yacht and 515 and 565 SUV on show among its fleet.

<< Veem which is proudly showcasing its diverse range of marine products.

The Australian marine export and superyacht industry is once again set to also have a large presence at upcoming METS and again will be located in Hall 11 confirming Australia’s strength on the global stage.
