Antares 6.6 inboard

New to the ever-growing Beneteau range is the Antares 6.6 model, the smallest Antares hull to be propelled with a shaft-driven engine

Developed by the Bénéteau Power Office, naval architect Patrice Sarrazin, who designed both the Antarès 12 and the Flyer 12, has employed his expert touch to create a semi-planing hull with a prominent vee to guarantee perfect stability even at mooring, and excellent seaworthiness.

The Antarès 6.6 is very economical and efficient thanks to the new Volvo D3 110hp engine, which powers this hull to a comfortable 14kt cruise and a 20kt top speed.

Beneteau has provided an excellent level of equipment as standard, including two electric windscreen wipers, a convertible saloon, a fish box and two rodholders. The optional fishing kit will customise the hull with a second engine control and a saltwater pump.

The interior design is similar to the Antarès 6.50 OB.

The huge cockpit and cruising-style wheelhouse are designed for versatility and Beneteau hopes to please all owners from fishermen to pleasure-boaters.
