Adelaide Boat Show opens next week

South Australia’s Premiere boat show will run from June 15-17

South Australia’s most comprehensive recreational marine exhibition opens next week at the Adelaide Showground, and organisers say it promises to satisfy everyone who loves boating, or aspires to spend more time on the water.

From prestige watercraft, to practical fishing vessels, tinnies and kayaks, the Adelaide Boat Show is a fun family day out, representing an exciting weekend for everyone who loves boating on the fabulous waterways and coastal areas in this great part of Australia.

With floor capacity now filled with exhibitors, next week the Jubilee Pavilion and Duncan Gallery at the showground will feature new watercraft, kayaks, jet skis, engines, trailers and accessories, as well as communications, safety and fish finding technologies.

Marketing and Event Manager for the Boating Industry Association, Domenic Genua, said the enthusiasm for the event reflects SA’s love of recreational boating, fishing, skiing and wakeboarding.

“We’re at full capacity, with many exhibitors now trying to squeeze every last inch out of their exhibition space,” Genua said. “This will be a show where anyone who loves spending time on the water will be further inspired by the range of boats and all the gear that goes with them, all in the one place.”

A number of local, interstate and international businesses are presenting new releases and water sporting products, including some very exciting water skiing and wakeboarding craft.

A new initiative for this year, the My First Boat precinct is the perfect place to find independent and impartial boating advice if you are just starting out, while the rest of the show is a great opportunity to compare products and prices.

All entry tickets to the show are $10, with children 16 years of age and under admitted free when accompanied by an adult. The popular fishing clinics are included with entry, as are the bumper boat rides for kids on the indoor 16 metre pond.

The show is open from the 15th to the 17th of June at the Adelaide Showground. Click here to get up to date details regarding the show are available at.
