A Yamaha Splash At Mandurah

Quickly becoming one of Australia's big three boat shows, the Mandurah, WA, show proved to be the perfect event for Yamaha to showcase its latest boating products

Yamaha says its stand and on-water boat and WaveRunner displays were perfectly placed to draw a crowd, with post-show sales figures reflecting WA’s keen awareness of the Yamaha brand.

“We are pleasantly surprised at just how much support Yamaha has amongst the flourishing boat market in Western Australia,” said Yamaha’s Brett Hampson.

Yamaha sponsored the Main Stage arena, which hosted a variety of fishing, diving and camping presentations, as well as fashion parades and ongoing children’s entertainment. Yamaha’s white and blue livery spanned from the waterline right up to the main arena.

A distinct drawcard for Yamaha was the portable Yamaha wet dock, brimming with WaveRunner’s and Yamaha powered boats. Under the watchful eye of trained PWC instructors and licensed boat operators, the public had the opportunity to test the latest Yamaha WaveRunners and enjoy time on the water with a selection of Yamaha outboards.
