During our holiday travels and travails we've witnessed the undeniable pull and charm of some wonderful classic timber boats. Some have been steaming past, others sitting on the anchor, yet others set sail. Some have even leapt from our old hard-drives during random computer searches back in the office.
Boats with provenance and brand recognition tend to be the ones that catch your eye and stop you in your tracks. Their custodians recognise their craft's beauty and historic significance and make it their responsibility to maintain them to the best of their abilities. This way, we mere onlookers can also enjoy their presence and charm.
