Melbourne-based fibreglass fishing boat specialist Southern Formula has teased a first look of the Southern Formula 2500 E, a range-topping model featuring a wheelhouse enclosed on three sides.
Priced from $177,990 with twin 150hp Mercury four-stroke 3.0-litre in-line four-cylinder outboard engines, not including a trailer, the deep-vee Southern Formula 2500 E comes ready to hit the water.
However, buyers can add an electrically braked Easytow alloy trailer, and their choice of Raymarine and Furno electronics, as options.
The boat is also available as a barebone Stage 1, or more advanced barebone Stage 2 configurations for those buyers who want to take personal customisation to the next level.
Those going for the boat and motor package also gain extra kit including an anchor drum winch and heavy-duty bow roller; cushions in the lockable cabin; premium seats for the skipper and crew; stainless steel skipper’s footrest; sports steering wheel; and four stainless steel rod holders.
Southern Formula says its range, which includes the 2300, 2400 and 2500, is up there with the best blue water fishing boats produced in Australia.
Packages for the entry-level Southern Formula 2100 boat and motor start from $120,300 when fitted with a single 225hp Mercury four-stroke V6 outboard engine.
