Arvor Boats Australia has teased the first images of its new-generation Arvor Sportsfish models due to land in the country.
The first model, due early next year and expected to be priced from Around $135,000 with a 225hp Mercury outboard engine, is the Arvor 805 Sportfish, a 7.15-metre LOA boat featuring a plumb bow above the waterline and a deep vee hull made for offshore work.
“The curved hull portrays an aesthetically pleasing, sporty design,” Arvor said.

“Centered around fishing, the Arvor 805 Sportsfish has features focused on a complete on-water experience, such as an oxygenated fish locker to keep your bait fresh and your catch fresher.
“Reach your fishing spot faster with Mercury single and twin-engine options up to 350hp, and up to nine people aboard.”
The Arvor 805 Sportsfish is new from the keel up, featuring a wider beam than the boat it replaces to provide even more stability at rest – something for which the brand is already renowned.
The design allows the rebalanced hull to handle more power, which in turn means more speed on the water. Inside, the boat includes more modern features.
The Arvor 805 Sportsfish has an enclosed pilothouse accessed via a sliding glass door from the cockpit. The cockpit space has lounges that fold up from the freeboards, but leaving enough space to get feet in under the toe rails if you’re hauling in a fish, and a removable table.
Other fishing-friendly features of the boat includes raw water washdown, dedicated rod storage in the cockpit and the cabin, and twin helms – one inside the pilothouse equipped with Simrad electronics, and a second outside to port of the pilothouse bulkhead – to make parking on top of a fishing hotspot or nosing back into the marina berth a lot easier.
It also has a dive door on the starboard side of the cockpit.
The saloon includes a table and adjustable seating with a forward seatback that folds backwards to face the seaty towards the bow. The galley includes a cooktop and fridge.
The boat also features a companionway down to an enclosed head and a forward berth with enough space for a couple to overnight.
A deep freeboard, unfettered side deck access and a single step up provide easy access to the bow and a forward-facing fold-up lounge.
Standard equipment includes an opening porthole on the foredeck, cabin lights, pilot and co-pilot seats, table/dinette, sink with freshwater tap, a starboard wiper, carbon monoxide monitor, a smoke detector and twin batteries.
Outside there are swim platforms to either side of the outboard engine pod, an anchor locker, bow roller, swim ladder and navigation lights.
Fishing features include fish lockers, a cockpit floodlight, fishing station, bait preparation station, and a transom access door.
For owners wanting more, some choice picks from the options list include a cockpit shower, extended swim platform, rocket launcher with rod holders and roof rack, electric windlass, shore power, a bow thruster, retractable sun awning, bimini, Zipwake trim tabs, LED lights and a cockpit barbecue.
Arvor expects the new Arvor 805 Sportsfish to land in Sydney in mid-January, after which potential buyers will be able to contact Arvor to arrange an inspection.
The Arvor 805 Sportsfish is expected to be joined by a number of other new models throughout 2021.
