2020 Quintrex Top Ender Pro range revealed
Big changes aimed at making things better for fishers sweep across the Quintrex Top Ender Pro line-upQueensland-built alloy boat specialist Quintrex has released seven new Top Ender Pro models featuring an improved flared bow and an all-new entry-level model.
In another big change for the range, engines are now mounted on a pod rather than the transom.

Underneath, the new Quintrex Top Ender Pro range will feature the same time-hardened Blade Hull. However, new stretch-formed aluminium sheet technology has allowed Quintrex to add more side curve to the flared bow, which now extends further down the side of the boats to deflect more spray away from the boat’s occupants.
At the bottom end of the range Quintrex has introduced the 430 Top Ender Pro, a “smaller, more versatile” boat rated to 60hp.
Filling out the rest of the range are the Quintrex 450 Top Ender Pro (rated to 75hp), the 481 Top Ender Pro (90hp), the 500 Top Ender Pro (90hp), the 520 Top Ender Pro (115hp), the 540 Top Ender Pro (140hp) and 590 Top Ender Pro (150hp).
The 430, 450, 481, 500, 520 and 540 Top Ender Pros all have maximum capacities of five people, while the 590 is rated for six people.
Quintrex has also dropped the rear-console and tiller-steer versions of the former Top Ender models, sticking with the much more popular side console layout to yield the most fishing space.
Customers can also opt for either the standard storage configuration under the front casting deck, or have the space fitted with a live well “to make it a true tournament sports fishing boat”.
Standard features for the new Quintrex Top Ender range include a VHF radio, rear ladder, four rod holders, three seats and a five-year warranty.
Options include a burley bucket, cutting board, twin battery system for electric motors, lockable rod storage and upgraded seats.
Pricing of the new Quintrex Top Ender Pro range is yet to be announced.
