2020 Galeon 400 Fly, Galeon 410 HTC arrive in Australia
Two of the latest-generation Galeon motor yachts – including the smallest to feature the Beach Club – are about to make their Australian debutAlexander Marine Australia has teased the arrival of two new Galeon motor yacht models arriving in Australia ahead of what was meant to be their Australian debut at the 2020 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
Images posted on social media show the Galleon 400 Fly and the Galeon 410 HTC being unloaded from the ship that brought the vessels across from the boat-maker’s Polish factory.

Both Galeon models were meant to have their Australian debut at Sanctuary Cove – Australia’s largest boating showcase – alongside the Ocean Alexander 26R. However, COVID-19 control measures have forced organisers to cancel this month’s show and instead look at rescheduling it later in the year.
The Galeon 400 Fly is a member of Galeon’s fourth-generation family of motor yachts, and one of the smallest in the Polish boat-maker’s fleet to feature the “beach club” – aft sidedecks that fold horizontally to vastly increase the living area of the boat’s cockpit.
Adding to the versatility of the 12.5-metre motor yacht is a flybridge that extends over the cockpit to create a large lounge complete with minibar.
Despite its contact size, the Galeon 400 Fly still has two cabins – complete with an aft owner’s cabin – with standing headroom, and two separate bathrooms.
Power comes from twin 225hp Volvo Penta inboard engines, with the option of stepping up to 440hp.
The Galeon 410 HTC, meanwhile, is a classy coupe built on the hull of the Galeon 400 Fly.
More sporting and with a large glass sunroof extending over the helm, the Galeon 410 HTC offers a more agile driving experience.
The saloon area of the Galeon 410 HTC is separated from the cockpit via a full-height glass bulkhead featuring a triple-pane entrance door.
Similar to the Galeon 400 Fly, the hardtop version features twin cabins including an aft owner’s stateroom, and two bathrooms.
The Galeon 410 HTC includes a sliding sunshade that covers the cockpit to provide overhead shelter from sun or weather.
Similar to the Galeon 400 Fly, the Galeon 410 HTC offers the choice of either twin 225hp or 440hp Volvo Penta performance.
The boats will be open for inspection for anyone in South East Queensland at The Boat Works on the Gold Coast. Anyone else can contact their local Alexander Marine Australia office in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth to have a virtual tour.
