Fairline has released an interactive app for its upcoming Fairline F//Line 33 day boat, allowing potential buyers to tour the boat in virtual form before its real-world debut at the 2019 Cannes Yachting Festival.
The augmented reality app, which will allow customers to tour a virtual version of the boat on Apple iPads, also allows prospective buyers to select colour schemes to match their tastes as they spin around the boat.
Browsers can even jump inside the motor yacht’s interior, with interactive hotspots detailing the stand-out features of the boat.
“With Alberto Mancini design and British craftsmanship inside and out, it is destined to become a future classic and is now the hot topic of conversation,” Fairline said.

The Fairline F//Line 33 has a large foredeck and a luxuriously appointed cockpit, with a fold-down transom built into the lower deck.
Inside, the day boat has full standing room ceilings, and interior lighting that Fairline says replicates natural daylight inside the space.
“I believe that the F//LINE 33 is a real example of classic ’60s car design shaped into a small yacht,” designer Alberto Mancini, of AM Yacht Design, said.
“We have achieved the best proportions possible within such an exciting, exhilarating design and sleek lines, but most importantly it incorporates the ability to not just be a crazy fast boat if required, but also one that you could spend a weekend and a short cruise with family to just enjoy the sea.”

The Fairline F//Line 33 features hand-polished lacquered woodwork through its interior, a throwback to what the motor yacht maker said was part of the “renowned Fairline DNA”.
The app is available from the iTunes store.
