Rather than reinvent the wheel, Suzuki Marine has released its new 2017 outboard engine model range with no engineering changes but some pretty smart colour and graphics options instead.
Aside from the on-trend Cool White that's become so popular, the 2017 Suzuki range is now available in a new edgy Pearl Nebular Black designed to turn heads.
The new colour option is said to be striking, characterised by a deep, dark black finish, inlayed with blue micro-metal flakes that absorb light and sparkle under the sun’s reflection.
As well as the colour update, the 2017 models also feature renewed graphics with decals that have been simplified to provide a more modern and polished look.
Suzuki’s drive-by-wire series of DF150AP, DF175AP, DF200AP, DF250AP, DF300AP engines are distinguished by 3D monochromatic graphics and a solid emblem to give an even greater sense of quality.
Sean Allen, National Marketing Manager at Suzuki importers the Haines Group, says while the range has seen a dramatic update on the outside, they still offer the same features and innovations underneath the outboard housing.
"Suzuki is known for being technological pioneers and our multi-award winning products provide more value with features that are unique to Suzuki Marine, such as Lean Burn fuel technology, offset driveshaft and maintenance-free timing chains, just to name a few," he said.
