The opening event of the 2015 ISAF Sailing World Cup, which is held across six cities around the world, drew more than 500 boats and 800 competitors representing 33 countries to compete on the vast expanse of Port Phillip Bay this week.
The sailing extravaganza coincided with some typically blustery Melbourne weather. The result was some of the most spectacular sailing seen in an ISAF event in many years.
Photographer Jeff Crow from Sport The Library was on hand to capture the action. Credit where credit is due for these great images from what was a wild World Cup on Port Phillip Bay.
And in more recent and predictable weather, the Australian Sailing Team again proven its mettle with a bag of medals.
