2009 Victorian Marine Awards
Whittley wins Achiever awardThe Whittley Marine Group has picked up the Victorian marine industry's premier award, the 2009 Industry Achiever Award.
The family-owned company was presented with the award by the Boating Industry of Victoria at the awards breakfast held during last weekend's BIA Melbourne Boat Show.
The Industry Achiever award was announced as a "best of the best" award and was selected from eight individual award category winners.
Whittley also won the BIA Exporter Award and sells products in Europe, America, New Zealand and Middle East region.
Leon and Paul Savage's Streaker Boats won both the Marine Manufacturer and Retailer of the Year awards.
